Refund Policy

SystemBubble Technology Information Solutions provides software development, business systems implementation, the Revenue Growth System (RGS), and related digital services. This Policy explains our approach to refunds and service issues.
Effective Date: October 24, 2026

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to RGS, customized business systems, software development, implementation, subscriptions, and related services provided by SystemBubble Technology Information Solutions. Mandatory rights and remedies under applicable Philippine law remain unaffected.

2. Refund Requests

Submit refund requests to partner@systembubble.com , including your payment reference, service purchased, and reason for the request. Requests are assessed based on the applicable agreement, project status, work performed, and costs incurred. A request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

3. Implementation Fees and Work in Progress

Payments for completed work, delivered milestones, and services already provided are generally non-refundable solely because a customer changes their mind or discontinues a project. For projects that do not proceed to completion, any refund will be assessed against work performed and applicable costs properly chargeable under the agreement and law.

4. Third-Party Services and Subscriptions

Domains, hosting, software licences, premium themes, integrations, and other third-party services may be subject to supplier terms and may not be refundable. RGS and other recurring services may be discontinued by written request. Fees for service periods already provided are generally non-refundable. Future renewals will cease when the applicable cancellation takes effect under the agreement.

5. Service Issues and Resolution

SystemBubble prioritizes communication and practical technical resolution. If you experience a service issue or a concern about an agreed deliverable, contact partner@systembubble.com with details of the problem. We will review the concern, communicate with you, and where appropriate attempt to resolve it through troubleshooting, configuration adjustments, corrective development, or completion of agreed work.
Customers are expected to provide reasonable cooperation to help investigate and resolve reported issues. If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, any further remedy, including a refund where due, will be assessed under the applicable agreement and law. This process does not limit mandatory legal rights or remedies.

6. Applicable Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable consumer protection requirements. Mandatory legal requirements prevail wherever applicable.
